ITINERARY
Yoga Class - Beginning with 60 minutes of Vinyasa Flow, spending time working through a dynamic flow of postures designed to strengthen both body and mind; simultaneously relaxing and de-stressing the entire body in the most beautiful natural surroundings that Cardiff has to offer! You could be anywhere in the world.
Break - Hot teas, drinks and healthy snacks. A chance too for you to socialise and chat with your fellow retreat participants!
Wellness session - Your teacher will guide you through handpicked wellness techniques and practices which may include breathing techniques, reflexology, sleep workshops, meditation exercises and more, all carefully designed to reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus, and promote relaxation in everyday life. The natural high! All based in Mountain Yoga Studio.
Break - Hot teas, drinks and healthy snacks. Plus a chance to get to know your teachers better and ask any questions. Or an opportunity to take a mindfulness walk around the land.
Yoga Class - Reconvening once again in the Mountain Yoga studio for a slower more relaxed Yin Flow session, focusing on stretching the entire body, leaving you relaxed and rejuvenated for the rest of the day!
